Friday, June 4

5-9pm               Traveling Program Wagon - Look our traveling program staff and the red wagon full fun as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with fun nature games and information. You may even win a prize!!

Saturday, June 5

9-10am           Guided Musical Hike – Meet at the parking lot in front of the Activity Center and take a hike with Naturalist Jamie and find musical instruments in the woods. Be prepared by wearing sneakers or hiking boots.

10-11am         Yoga at the Beach – Enjoy a relaxing yoga session on the beach with instructors from BeYoga Studios. Bring your own yoga mat or beach towel. All experience levels are welcome.

11am-1pm      Golf Cart Poker Run – Pick up a map and instructions at the Activity Center, then explore the park with your golf cart searching for hidden playing cards to make your poker hand. $5 per poker hand, cash only please. Prizes for the best and worst poker hands.

2-5pm            Band at the Beach: Badstone – Bring your blanket or chair to the beach and enjoy live music by Badstone, a classic rock cover band that will have you moving and clapping to hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. You can even swim while you listen!

All Day            National Trails Day - National Trails Day is promoted by the American Hiking Society to encourage the public to explore trails and get outside. Trail use has many benefits including improved physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Hit the trails on your own or with a friend! Stop by the Welcome Center to pick up a map of Atwood Lake Trails, or visit www.MWCD.org/trails.

Sunday, June 6

10-11:30am    Chalk Art - Meet at the basketball court to use some sidewalk chalk to create some artwork around the court. You may even win a prize.
