Friday, June 11

5-9pm              Traveling Program Wagon - Look our traveling program staff and the red wagon full fun as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with fun nature games and information. You may even win a prize!!


Saturday, June 12

9-11am          Fishing 101 – Meet at the concession stand for a lesson on fishing from Capt’n Dan, our knowledgeable fishing guru who has plenty of tips and tricks to help you catch your fish safely. Remember, anyone 16 and up must have valid fishing license. Space is limited, please sign up at the Welcome Center.

1-2pm           Kids Craft: Rock Painting – Let your imagination run wild as you paint your own pet rock. Will it be a scary monster that needs tamed? Will it be a cute lady bug or will it be a furry friend that you create. The possibilities are endless. Space is limited, please sign up at the Welcome Center.

3-5pm           Nature Hike & Craft – Meet at the Activity Center to take a nature hike to collect items, then return to the Nature Center to create an art masterpiece with the items that you collected! For all ages.

9-11pm            Movie at the Lake – Enjoy a movie on the BIG screen. We will be showing a family friendly movie that is rated PG. Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot list the movie title. See event flyer at the park or message us on Facebook for movie title.  Bring your blankets and camp chairs to the parking area across from the Activity Center. You may also watch from your golf cart or car. Please park vehicles towards the back.


Sunday, June 13

10-11:30am    Open Nature Center – Visit the Nature Center anytime to learn about animal life cycles!
